Default Master Cylinder Cap Identification

I believe the wording on this cap "USE DELCO BRAKE FLUID" / "SERVICE WITH DELCO PARTS" was use in 1967 and 1968 but I am not 100% sure. Can you help me with the years and car models this cap was used. Thank you.

Any other models or years this master cylinder cap was used on besides Bill's 1967.

I believe that is correct for both 67 &68. The SAE script J1703 began after Dec of 68 in the 69 model year.

Here's a quote from Kurt S from CRG;

Both have: Service With Delco Parts

Version 1 has: Use Delco Brake Fluid
67 & 68 cars &
11D
12B
01C
03B

Version 2 has: Use Delco SAE J1703 Brake Fluid
01C
03E
07A
09D
09C

So apparently there was a transition in mid-69 when both were used.

Close, but not just ’67–’68.
That Delco cap shows up across ’67 - early ’70s GM cars (Camaro, Chevelle, Nova, etc.), so it’s not year-specifi.
