What is the date on the rivet?

No date on the rivet like most jacks.
This is a Walker Style Jack, which are different.

FWIW: Walker (Square Mast) Jacks are "often" date stamped on one of the square flats of the Mast near the Retention bump/notch at one end or the other-

Gotcha. Had to check, since they used the horn till 72 they are always listed as 68. Been looking for oct/nov 68.
