Sorry to see this, Freddie. Very common problem in snow country. Putting the dams inline with the exhaust should stop that. I built an awning over my A/C compressor for snow to hit and deflect. Too many dams in one area will create pressure and I've seen them get torn right out of the roof sheeting. I'm in FL on my wife's lap top, so no pic of the awning.

Forgot about this when I got back and came across it today. I'm sure you know what I am referring too, but here's a pic anyway.
How are you coming on the rest of the interior ?

I'm going to build something like that as soon as I can actually work inside the shop. I'm still working on the house part of it. I'm getting close to being finished with that part. The cabinets should be here this week, and then I can get the plumbing finished. When all of this is done I need to get the ceiling in the shop finished so I can move all of my stuff in.

I've been working on the trim. The floor is done and I have now finished the baseboards. The cabinets are the last big thing that I need to finish this part.

Sounds like you're making progress, Freddie !!
When I posted the pic of the frame, I had an AH,HA moment. Last fall I was welding in bracing on the Chevelle and thought I had a lot more 1" tubing for that but couldn't find it. I had no idea what happened to it all...

I've been working on it just about every day. It would be going quicker if I had experience with this type of work, but I'm having to learn as I go. I've made a few mistakes that cost me extra money to correct, but still cheaper than paying someone else to do it.

I think I finally figured out how to get these pictures to upload correctly. They wanted to load sideways.

I think your place is looking good. I go by the old saying “if you want a job done right do it yourself”. 👍
