So he sold it without telling me! I contacted the guy he sold it to and offered him my 302 for my original 302. He said no! I kept in touch with I’m for over 25 years, sending him Christmas cards and trying to get on his good side! Finally about 7 years ago he called me and said if you want this engine, come and get it! Bad news is that he had dropped a valve, and it’s gonna need a sleeve in one cylinder. But the vin is clearly stamped in the side of the block. I will be having it built when I get home from Florida!
