TV antenna strapped to the chimney ….. common back then.

Car not bad either.

Do we know what GM employee (by name)?

I know George Heberling drove one of the '69 ZL1s, but I believe it was a company vehicle.

(I went to GMI with his son Kris).

My high school science teacher had a Black 69 vette with a silver nose stripe like the one in this picture. I asked him if it was an L88 but he would not answer any of my questions trying to find out what engine was in the car. He just smirked and I never got an answer. This was in 1982 in Rhode Island just outside of providence.

OP says it's an L71. Would that be 435 hp?
