This car was featured in the July '84 issue of Super Chevy when it was still owned by Sam Dedominick who was the original owner. At that time it had the cowl induction hood. It was then featured in the October '91 issue of Super Chevy when Milt Robson owned it and it also had the cowl induction hood then. This is the first recent photograph I have seen with a stinger hood back on it. The last I knew this was an original paint unrestored car. It does look better with the stinger hood back on it.

The picture of the car in the snow is when it was brand new. I had read somewhere that Sam had returned the car to Motion to have the fiberglass hood repaired due to it cracking, and to repair some paintwork blemishes. Look at the paint chipping off the RH headlight door. After multiple issues with the hood, it was replaced with a cowl induction unit.

I believe Dana Mecum owns it now?
When was this ad from?
Also from Hemmings?
Think Dana still has it. Hemmings, don't recall which issue.
