Default shipping tag attaching hook
does anyone have a source for this "hook"? Measures just under 2mm wide and 19mm long. The back of this one is straight not indented like the front.

Try a company called Spaenaur. They are located in Ontario Canada but ship worldwide. They have an online catalog, huge inventory, great customer service. 1-800-265-8772.
