1969 Jack handle with raised "0"
This was in another thread but this further info kinda clears it up a bit.
Just bought these 2 on epay. Maker info is interesting. These match hers. Takes care of 2 more cars Not long after that thread a couple showed up on epay for MUCH more money. AND they sold. Problem was the "0" was stamped in. Do the math.

Note pic on top. They still put "0"'s on lug wrenches.

Should add it is VERY likely GM had other suppliers of these.
What I do know is at least 1 02C built Baltimore 1969 Chevelle came with one. Good enough for me so the hunt continues. First chance to buy real ones.

Can you post pics of its head? I am aware there are quite a few different ones. There is one on epay like your bottom one now for $29
