Huge difference in quality.
All you need to look at is the Delco logo. I have a background in gun and coin collecting so this is elementary level to me. All depends what level of detail you seek. If that is indeed a "NOS" cap it is much later than the period one I posted. They are not expensive or hard to find so it should be no big deal. You asked.
