A Salute to A12Pilot and of course, Kelly along with Dan Stoll
As I go through nailing down the details for the MCACN show, I reflect on how we are so fortunate to be able to work some some seriously cool people.
Case in point...let's talk about Dave and Kelly Molnar. Several years ago, they came to me to see how they could help us in our mission to welcome the young enthusiasts to our hobby. Of course, many talk, and some even believe the hobby is dieing because of a lack of younger enthusiasts entering the hobby. Dave and Kelly saw what we were doing to make sure we have a positive future and they felt a need to jump in. Again this year they are donating a complete welding outfit, with a value of well over $1,000.00. This includes not only a welder, but also a cart, gloves and literally everything needed to do the job. This will be presented at the kickoff of our awards ceremony Sunday Now that is stepping up! Again this year one of our car owning Future Generation participants will go home with the setup. But wait....there's more! Dan Stoll, Grandfather of one of our participants (Tony Jenkins) has also stepped up and will be presenting ALL 16 of our Future Generation car and truck owners with an awesome Craftsman tool kit. Let's all extend a big THANK YOU to Dave and Kelly and Dan. Oh...one more thing; please join us for our Future Generation panel discussions, moderated by Matt Avery Saturday at 4:00 and Sunday at 2:00 on the main stage, and say hello to our Future Generation car and truck owners when you see them and check out their rides. This is great stuff! I’m glad to have started the Future Fabricator award and it’s very cool to see others stepping up to encourage the hobby. I know one thing, wrenching on classics is AI proof!
