Agreed! There will be absolutely no drilling on the tail pan... It's all good though because when Paul shared this emblem with me, it already had the studs removed.

The plan is to use 3M Press-In Place Emblem Adhesive 08069. But I'm still not sure which side of center to place the emblem.

Despite careful inspection after media blasting, we could not find any stud holes previously drilled in the tail pan. It's not clear if the original holes were very nicely welded up at the time of the earlier repaint or if the car never had an emblem to begin with.

On the Golden Mile 69 Camaros that you remember, Bruce, was the emblem typically to the left of center? You may have already commented on this in another thread but I'm having a hard time finding it.
