Default Brian Wilson

RIP
I wasn’t a huge fan of the beach boys. You couldn’t deny their impact in music.

Man, we are losing more and more of who we grew up with. I will admit, the Beach Boys music altered my life to a fair amount for sure.

The first time I saw them was at University of Notre Dame in 1974 with friends. I’ve seen them many times since that first time. I love The Beach Boys.

I took my kid when she was around 10, it was a party, her first concert, John Stamos happened to be filling in drumming, no Brian though he didn’t travel.
Anyone remember the fat Boys w/ The Beach Boys? I think you can hear Brian

I’m not sure what this picture is about, but the Corvette is a Sunfire Yellow’66 small block roadster. Again, cool original California plate.

I grew up in the 70's but I was drawn in by their car-related songs and California beach sounds and I've always loved them.

Not stepping on toes here as the Mid-Year Corvette guys on this site are the Best in the Vette world but …..

I have many C2 photos on file and the vast majority show that droopy smile.
Is it the angle of the photos ?

I definitely prefer the horizontal (level) smile on these cars.
