Default space saver tire

HI can any one tell me what car this came on see pics g78 14 inch has F at one side of the valve stem and 2 ont other side

Raised areas between lugs looks Ford to me, 71-73 Mustang?

i been told its a ford rim but 71-73 mustangs had 15 inch space savers

Could be for F body 77-79, maybe more

Digging deeper, seems Burd is correct w/ 14” Spacesavers used w/ 15” Wheel cars.
