Sounds fishy!! Hope he gets it back but it’s probably in a thousand pieces by now n half of it on eBay n Marketplace for sale.

This lady specifically asked the shop not to leave car outside , ( that sounds like a verbal contract ) if shop owner was not going to fulfill she should have been notified and given opportunity to make other arrangements. I’m not an attorney just my opinion , shop should be responsible for full value of car as well as some pain and suffering her and her family have to endure because of their negligence.
