I just stumbled on this article from Hemmings... Read down to the heading.. Taxes on imported vehicles over 30 years old by country.
It appears to contradict itself in the same paragraph.. Canada 0% duty (25 years or older) Then the last line states " Canada has already indicated it will likely be charging a 25% duty on cars 25 years old or older, and Japan may possibly do the same."
