Trim tag is consistent with a Baltimore built 1969 Chevelle SS. Not a COPO in my opinion.

Factory 6500 RPM redline in dash tachometer indicating it was originally equipped with a high-performance solid lifter engine - correct for a COPO Chevelle. This is a new one.

There is one in the Registry that is close to this one. 136379B391218 which is also a 69B Paint. Bob Mcdorman Chevrolet. If anyone has a picture of the Trimtag that should be similar

I also was wondering about the tach……I’ve always seen a 6000 redline….not a 6500…..
