I can’t imagine anyone finding one of those cars and restoring it stock that’s as bad as that white w American flag copo Camaro from CT getting restored stock. Uggg like restoring superman to Clark Kent status.

But back to our WNY thread. I’m surprised the answer wasn’t there’s 2 or 3 of them in that building in the picture. |

Don’t really recognize any of the judges, but that’s a little before I was in the market still in high school and that’s democrat and Chronicles was in Rochester, which is about 90 miles up the road

I finished updating the Judge postings of what I had saved, again they’re all pre-1980. I'll try searching 80’s later also w/ a wider scope but that usually encompasses Eastern NY Newspapers too which is what I was trying to avoid by searching closer to Rochester. Considering only minuscule points of a tiny percentage of Old Newspapers have been scanned, it’s often amazing what has been also what can be found w/ a bit of digging, Ads above a good example. I’ll work on posting the ‘74 SD Ads next…otherwise, anyone please speak up w/ details of any WNY cars worth searching for including Dealer Ads when new. ![]() ~ Pete .

Hey Pete! Thanks for posting all those ads! Cool to see them. I'd be curious to see ads from Piehler Pontiac about July/August 1980. That's where I found my Z. It came from Heinrich when it was new. It ended up down the street at Piehler.
