Great story great car. my buddy had one just like it in high school. Same blue ta hood, black vinyl top. 340 dual quads, racer brown cam, hemi box and a 83/4 w 4.30 gears and cragars
He’d hammer the gears so hard you’d think the pinion snubber would
Cone trough the floor!

Looks like we're neighbors! I'm only around 10 miles from you. BTW, The air filter box says "Suburban Dodge" on it. That was the tiny dealer on Central Avenue in Metuchen that sold my 1970 Hemi Charger R/T-SE back in 1970.
