Default Anyone recognize Spy Machine?

Found this picture online with zero information attached and I’ve fallen in love with it. Judging by the style of the lettering I’m guessing the picture is from the late 60’s(?).
I’m assuming C/A means C Altered but there’s not much more information. It’s built with what I think is an early 60’s Plymouth Valiant but it’s just so damn cool.
Does anyone have other information on either this picture or this car? I can’t make out any of the lettering on the side.

From Michael Inkin..Enjoy.
"The basis for "The Spy Machine" is a 1961 Valiant Signet. Both axles were moved forward, the front (solid) so that the curve of the fender touches behind the bumper,(one piece fiberglass front clip),the rear radius is larger and higher, the hood scoop was one off not from any car.
First 2 photos taken @Mission,BC circa 1968.Friend & me (peace sign) at Van Isle Raceway (Vancouver Island) waiting to make a pass."

For those interested in the Era of Spy Machine, there was also Snoopy 65 LTD, Jolly Green Giant Impala, and Phony Pony “Mustang” . https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0elwDUylXdM

I bought a fresh Clutchflite trans for $15 several years ago, had a metal B&M tag on it, and everything inside my soul said to build a car around it.........but I woosed out. Someone in Iowa got it and knew these deathtraps well. Name escapes me, but it was very cool receiving his knowledge.
