Sometimes the originals will not slide off the original sheets and or stick on a new surface. Don't want to see you waste your money trying to get the 50 year old decals to work. I don't like repops either but in this case for a Day-2 car the originals are way to expensive to take a chance on. Just my opinion though. have fun on your search.

I don't have anything specific to your area but do have a number of vintage original speed part stickers left over from my Rats Nest build. I didn't have any trouble with getting them to stick.
It will be next week before I get to digging through my stash, but will let you know once I do.
