If anyone knows info on Bob Harris 1969 COPO? Or the 68 Yenko RS they were working on. Also anyone know of a ZL-1 that was in Western New York in the 70s?

Thank you! I was sad to never be around when all of the really awesome stuff was here new.
I was born in the 2000s so I missed that era of street racing and muscle cars and of collectors like BeaumontBill (who I would love to find the stories on his cars) and all those guys. I only got into cars seriously recently, my father raced his 442 on Long Island in the 1980s before he went into the navy, so he for sure helped that connection with muscle cars. there are still a bunch of really neat cars here, lots of guys with cars in the garages and in warehouses collecting. I love researching all of this stuff, because I do research for lots of other cars like Porsche and Ferrari and Lamborghinis but these classic muscle cars are so abundant around here and have so many stories, it never gets old! |
