Burnished Brown would be a very rare color for a Beaumont, and I don't think I've ever seen one with power windows or factory 8 track.
If you're thinking of buying it I would suggest getting your own GM of Canada Vintages services document kit.

My 68 SD came with a factory 8 track player. I have it but never installed it.
