I could be wrong but I believe the number of THM L88s made is actually 15. ZL1 was a cylinder case option for the L88s and was included in the 116 total units just like the L89 was a cylinder head option for 1967 to 1969 L71 Corvettes.

Well again this report is only through Sept 1969 could be more later produced with extended year production:
