Cooling system update

I noticed some coolant on the front passenger floor mat and assumed the worst. After running a pressure test I noticed the heater core wasn't leaking but coolant was seeping past the hoses as the heater core tubes were dented and not providing the best seal. I decided to temporarily bypass the heater core.
During the pressure test I noticed an ever so slight tiny bubbling at the front LH water port at the intake when the pressure test reached 14psi. I decided to use the GM cooling system tablets and it solved the problem. I also didn't have a great seal at both ends of the upper radiator hose but opted to replace it as the alternater belt had dug into the hose under hard acceleration.
I also ran a pressure test on the original RC-15 radiator cap and noticed it would "open" anywhere betweem 7 and 11psi so I bought a new Moroso cap that tested perfectly at 15psi to run for now.
I drove the car to work and told my buddy to bring his Z. I think we had the coolest cars in the staff lot! During the morning commute the temp held steady at 190-195. On the way home in the afternoon stop and go traffic on 101 the outside temps passing through Gilroy were around 105F. My commute in the traffic and heat was over and hour and the temp held steady between 195-210 with zero leaks and no coolant went into the overflow tank as it had previously at lower temps.
I'm using a 195 degree Robert Shaw thermostat, original gm fan, original gm shroud, replacement standard duty fan clutch hayden 2713, and an aluminum radiator 2 core 1.25" tubes exact fit painted Eastwood rad black. I'm considering buying the heavy duty fan clutch that locks up a bit sooner to keep temps closer to 190 but my current setup seems to work just fine.
