Just like the Green / Green 1971 LS-6 mentioned last week here, another Denis Collins (CBJEEP) find and listing. He must have bought out a collection I would assume. Both Rare and worthy cars to either DO, or drive the snot out of them (I'd prefer the later). I like them both, but I surely don't need another project. Bill

I reached out to the seller, as I had a couple of questions. Most notably, the windshield frame and the birdcage. Given the fact the car came from Maryland, there is always reason for concern.

After 3 days, I have not received a response. All I can do is bid accordingly. My thoughts were to do a mechanical restoration, and leave the cosmetics alone (like my old injected 64 coupe that I did).

It seems as though the LT1 is doing well. I cannot believe ONE person has not questioned the engine pad. Blind sheep following the seller I guess.

Was wondering about that pad stamp.
Broach marks look good.
I THINK I have a pic of my pad stamp on my 70 LT-1 on my computer at the house. But, it is four months earlier than this one, being a Feb car.

Here are two 1970 LT1 pads with the same build date for comparison. These are two separate engines.
