In a past life, I worked for a company that used a paid actor to produce our technical training VHS videos. He could read the scripts and look professional on camera, but had no technical idea about what he was saying. I did get to see a couple of outtakes which were hilarious. He was a great guy and was very good at his job.

IIRC - I had read that this was the sound check for a different, more formal/legitimate presentation.
