'67 Corvette Coupe, #s L-71
Seller doesn't mix words in the description...says the car has a "horrible repaint" over previous bodywork. Overall, it looks like a pretty clean car but it's a good reminder that pictures aren't always helpful in judging condition.

----Way overpriced! Still, not a bad starting point, Lop off about $70,000 and it looks a lot more plausible!....Bill S

Rust coming through the fiberglass in the passenger door jamb is concerning. Otherwise a good cleaning would go a long way.

If the block is original (looks like it may be) and there isn't any internal rust, that's still only a $100K car today. A beautiful green 435 coupe sold on BaT for $127K this week. Everything is falling off, but 67 big block Corvettes have been soft awhile in my view (except the top 2% cars).
That B pillar rust doesn't look too concerning, as the rest of the drip rails appear nice. |

I agree Nick, that was an EXCELLENT buy especially being an ex RSinor owned car. Not much to question on that one, a great investment 67 435 Coupe. Bill. |

The beautiful maroon 65 fuelie died at $94,500 earlier this week as well. It seems like only 63 coupes ring the bell on BAT. Hopefully that remains the case, as my white 300 car is headed there soon.

It seems like it's a good project car at the right price. That price is well under $100,000. Maybe there's a tank sticker, I didn't see anything in the writeup. Someone could do much worse buying a car with bad tags or a small block converted to a big block.
