|  Variation of the "sticker" 
			
			My 49 Studebaker farm truck has this little holder affixed to the dash. The service "sticker" isn't a sticker at all, but rather a piece of paper with a little handle at the top so you can pull it out. Not legible. Last guy to service it at the Cenex place used a pencil instead of a pen.
