| Caveat Emptor...tag swap?

https://www.ebay.com/itm/404636556264 124379N518197 VIN was final assembled on or about October 7, 1968. Car has an 05C X33 body tag; 3rd week of May, 1969. One or both tags are not original to the car, hidden VINs may not match.

I saw that one on FBMP. Even if it wasn't tag swapped, what is the attraction to a small block car at $73.5K with a crate small block? |

Why would they build it as a SS with a Z28 trim tag?
