Caveat Emptor...tag swap?

124379N518197 VIN was final assembled on or about October 7, 1968. Car has an 05C X33 body tag; 3rd week of May, 1969. One or both tags are not original to the car, hidden VINs may not match.

Even if it wasn't tag swapped, what is the attraction to a small block car at $73.5K with a crate small block?
