My First Gut reaction is it is a Bucket Seat sliding Rail lever detent return, they were Yellow and appx this size.
Others might better ID. but that is my First initial thoughts?? Well the Hook length looks to long for a Seat item,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, JIM
