Joe this car has been painted is my understanding. Al (who is flipping it) said the car had a BBC in it at some point installed by a previous owner.

My dad has a 70 VN z28. It too had a build sheet in the seat. But the person who located it, said it was in the drivers seat if I recall….good luck!
