The Super Scavengers of course negate the use of that pesky back up linkage!!

Good point. OO ran 4.88 gears which was good for 6200 rpm thru the traps back in the day on 29.5” M&H slicks (as are on the car now). However, this carb is bogging which is a new event and is being remedied.
