Could it be that whitewall perserver stuff which is normally blue only this time it's red? They look more pinkish than red IMO.

It appears the Monte in front of this one has a WW tire or possibly the dual white stripes. This red car may be an SS 454 with dual exhaust? Looks like a 12 bolt rear cover as well.
