My SS350 Dual fuel-line clips are the Same, those look Great.
Clean & Reinstall. It is my opinion the coating looks very preserved and just a bit of grime has accumulated in the interior of the loop. At the outset one could go to a hobby shop and search out some military model enamels for a close color match maybe.
