The left side mirror becomes useless too as those lights blind a person just as bad when they are behind. I have that mirror pointed down and out away from the car most of the time.

With blind side hangers that want to stay right in that location next to me, I can sometimes get it angled just right to reflect back in their eyes. I can tell when I hit that spot, as they usually speed up quickly...
