Some observations:

1 - looks like Milt driving it, in picture number 2

2 - hard to say, but I'm thinking Milan Dragway (Milan Michigan)

3 - already has Royal license plate frames on it!

interesting how the prototype spoiler bows upward in the middle and then all the production models sag in the middle.
