Glad everyone is enjoying these!

Today we dealt with rain most of the day, so check in was moved inside 2 tents. And since bad weather was here in the valley and up north, we did not process the usual amount of vehicles today. So we’ll get slammed some other day.

I’m only working 1/2 a day tomorrow, as I have other plans later in the day. Here are today’s photos taken inside tent 1.

Very nice!

Came in with no brakes. They will attempt to fix it before it is sold.

Nice Malibu, but those wheels!

That’s all for today. It’s forecasted to rain tomorrow morning, so we will probably start out slowly.

Agreed.

For the no-brakes 55, do they have a mechanic on site that can work on stuff like that, or is it the consignor's responsibility to get it done somehow? Better to find it out now than when it's rolling up on the auction block I guess.

Depending on the day, there are three to six mechanics on site. Basically if a problem is identified, a mechanic will diagnose it and someone will report it to the consignor. A repair quote will also be given. Consignor can approve a repair or repair it themselves. Depending on how bad it is, the vehicle may be removed from the docket.

Not all drivers report issues. Not everyone is a team player.
