After I did some more looking online, I see I can just go across the border and get it myself.

Fortunately I was able to find one of the plexiglass roof bubbles for my car on this side of the Atlantic. My option is to have one air freighted from Germany and I don’t even want to know what the crate, freight and insurance cost would be for that.
