I’m trying to figure out if the trim tag rivets are Home Depot or Lowes? Need an expert opinion here

Am I seeing it right? I looked at the pic of the trim tag, but noticed what looks like the windshield washer squirter nozzle facing into the engine compartment??!!??

You are correct! The squirter is reversed end to end, no hose attached.
