I ordered a '72 new, 340, 4 speed, console and sure track rear axle. My insurance agent said he hoped I could find someone to insure it, because he wasn't. After finding insurance at about $100 month, in 1972 !, I went back to the dealer and changed the order to the base 318, torque flight, deleted the console and had the shifter on the column. How many real Cuda's were built with the 318 and a column shifted automatic ?
