Why would a 14 mile car need the engine compartment "highly detailed"?

My suggestion to people restoring the engine compartment on a car with 14 miles on it: LEAVE IT ALONE.

There is a 78 4 speed Y82 black car in Tallahassee Fl with 10 miles on it and it is unrestored everywhere. I agree with the above, leave it alone!
