Owner States: Please feel free to give me a call if you’d like to discuss. The engine has not been restamped. I’m not sure of your credentials but I’ve been doing this for a while. I judge concourse shows and I am recognized with the AACA. I have a lot of documentation on the car as well. I can promise you this is not a restamp. The block has not been decked. I am also a former machinist who has decked blocks and am quite aware of what a decked block looks like. This block certainly has not been decked. It has the correct date codes on the block as well. Feel free to call.
Owner states again: This block has not been decked or restamped. If it were the surface would be way different. Again, I’ve been doing this for a long time. As I said earlier if you care to call please do so. I don’t want to waste your or my time on this. I have known the car since new and I know both owners. It’s s 28,000 mile car.
