Wow. That was one of the quickest flips ever. Didn't even get a chance to detail it or even vacuum.
Found some folks in need who were thrilled to get it below market value. Every one is happy. Only one I ever did quicker was a BMW back in the late 80s or early 90s. We had a client who called and asked if we knew where a 525iS might be available on a Friday. Went to Dallas the next day, brought one that met his criteria home and sold it to him on Monday. He still has the car. Several years ago, I converted it from an auto trans to a five speed. He is one of my best friends still. Recently retired brain surgeon that could buy whatever he wants, but still drives an 85 535iS as his DD.
