Another from a Corvette Club of Michigan event at Toledo Speedway. I need to ask him if he knew who owned what appears to be an RS Z in the background.

So the 67 is getting closer to being out of paint jail. I’m unpacking the interior pieces in anticipation of getting it home and starting final assembly. I took a good look at the original headliner and carpets today and I was pleasantly surprised how good they both looked. No tears or wear that wouldn’t look right on a restored car. The original owner removed the interior in 1978 and wrapped it all in newspaper. My question is, what would be a good way to carefully deep clean the headliner and carpets prior to reinstallation?

Dry ice blasting. It does a phenomenal job in the hands of a skilled operator.......including interior.
