Nothing mentioned about orientation of the flags in relation to the holes in the most recent judging manual. I'll research this, though.

I was just teasing, Tim, but things like that seem to attract my attention and then it bugs me. I always align hub/wheel caps with the stem down, if at all possible. Just call me nuts...
