			Looking through the photos here is the source evidence provided to Welday that led to the conclusion that they must have been crayoned. Here is a pace car upon arrival. It obviously is tab marked to avoid confusion by ZONE personnel AND is pictured here wearing an apparently entirely different set of tires. |

			"the label on the spare shows that the tires were sourced locally from a tire dealer in Speedway Indiana... " Not sure what you mean. The label reads to me like it was shipped from Firestone in Ohio to Firestone tire and Rubber Racing Division in Speedway City Indiana.
