Hi Gang, I've had several ask if this has a brown wire - it does not; it's black as shown.

HOWEVER, I have found a used original with a brown wire of unknown condition really - see photos below.

I will include this used unit with the OTC NOS one - you can swap the wire or hardware or whatever. The used one is an assembly line unit.
