| Mallory Rev Pol system

I've accumulated this group of parts with the intention of putting it on my COPO. I want to confirm if these parts all work together (I think they do), and if anyone has a wiring schematic so I know I'm hooking everything up ok. Any tips/advice/thoughts?

You will need a rev Pol distributor to be technically correct but it appears they setup that 310 to potentially work as a rev. The YC310 is the standard distributor. I have a rev Pol distributor in the garage that I need to restore. Read through this thread to see if it helps any. https://www.jalopyjournal.com/forum/...estion.111336/ |

The Rev Pol coil was unique as well Jim, but no reason you can't hook all that up and run it as you have it. Just not sure the light/switch will connect or function with that coil. PM me with your email and I'll send you the Rev Pol instructions. I have a few wiring schematics I can send.

Condensers are separate on rev. Cam plates are also a little different but again you can run that distributor with rewiring. norcam is correct you need a rev Pol coil. Super mag is for a magneto. I have a couple coils but not worth using.

I believe this is the coil you need for the Rev Pol system. I'll be happy to sell you this one. Jason |
