They should spend more time talking to Arnie the Farmer. He was racing every chance he could get back then and is almost 90. We had a lot of fun with him at MCACN this year.
Also, they mentioned Ron Pelegrini who is one of the Drag Racing pioneers. He is no longer with us but was involved with building cars and the UDRA. https://www.nhra.com/news/2018/drag-...ni-passes-away If anyone it at the Pavilions in AZ and sees Al Gartzman a.k.a. 'The Last Mochican' run this car by him. He worked @ NicKey Chevrolet and was close friends with Dick Harrell. He was also at the drag strip every chance he got.
