Hah, didn't realize you were in Canada - I could've brought it in my luggage next time I was up north of the 49th parallel.
Anyway, looking at the photos again, I see that the missing text on page 38 in the first photo, is legible in the second photo of page 39; so everyone's happy! Cheers!
